This video is shot after one and a half complicated months and shows a “new dawn” for Jeny and her family. The video shows how a mother (Jeny) and her husband (Alex) are buying “daily things” in a larger store for furniture and kitchen equipment, because - after finding a new home country - they had to start again having none of those items. And Jeny showed later in their new apartment, what they bought: cutlery, bowls, pots, pans, plates … but there is also a special thing they bought …
… a brown cuddle toy for their daughter, that also featured the preview image for this video on Jeny’s site. I saw this personal video at Christmas 2022, and by coincidence on the same evening a famous movie by the Oscar winning director Caroline Link. The movie was about a nine year old girl, leaving their home country with her parents, in a hurry … she had to leave a pink cuddle toy behind, and this featured the title of this movie. Seeing this movie, I remembered the “Daily Things” video I’ve just seen before, remembering the kuddle toy for Jeny's daughter … and I wondered which colour the kuddle toy she had to leave behind might have had … now replaced by a new brown one. If you watch Jeny’s personal messages, if you read her replies to all the comments on her site, and if you see her as a caring person and mother, you will become a life-long fan of her.
