Heather’s 100th review is her first
Until today (21 June 2024) we have already more than 200 reviews uploaded to Jeny’s Treasure Map, and Heather (HS; waspie123) alone has written more than 100 reviews. Her 100th review we uploaded to this Treasure Map was a review about an old video, the “MotoWinter Exhibition” where Jeny interviewed guests and exhibitors. You can find this jubilee review here.
But in fact, it was the 100th review of Heather we uploaded here, but also the very first review Heather has written….
… Back in 2022, she started with this review. Her reviews had been used by Jeny for Email newsletters and a social network called Tumblr. But – what a pity – the content of email newsletters “disappear” deep in the incoming folder a few weeks after recipients got it, and in Tumblr, users are often “tumbling around” and do not find reviews.
So, a year ago, in June 2023, Heather founded a chat group of reviewers and readers to think about how to make better use of the reviews. And in August 2023, the idea of the “Jeny Smith Treasure Map” was born. But this is a different story, I will tell it later, in August!
